The Early Years Learning Framework forms the foundation for ensuring that children in all early childhood education and care settings experience quality teaching and learning. It has a speci\ufb01c emphasis on play-based learning and recognises the importance of communication and language and social and emotional development. The Framework has been designed for use by early childhood educators working in partnership with families to help form a connection between a child\u2019s home and the early childhood setting.<\/p>\n
Peacock Street Long Day Care is guided by the EYLF to document each child\u2019s development and to help plan, enrich and extend children\u2019s learning within our program. The EYLF has learning outcomes that can be used to assess how a child is developing and offers a holistic approach to gauge children\u2019s successes.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>
